Directions from I-4

Traveling on I-4, get off at the FAIRBANKS AVENUE exit. Go east on FAIRBANKS towards downtown Winter Park. You will travel several miles, crossing over 17-92 and railroad tracks. After crossing over the railroad tracks, get in the left lane. Make a left turn onto NEW YORK AVENUE and a right at the first street you see, that is COMSTOCK AVENUE. Our building will be on your right. It is a two-story, grayish-colored building. Parking is available on your left, in a small gravel parking lot directly across from our entrance. Go to the entrance marked 174. Upon entering, the receptionist will direct you to our office, Suite 106.

From the Orlando International Airport

Take 436 (SEMORAN BOULEVARD) north. You will go north about 7 or 8 miles when you will need to keep in the right lane. Look for signs to get on the 408 Expressway heading WEST. The ramp will be after a Popeye’s Chicken. You will pay a $.75 toll. Take the 408 EXPRESSWAY westbound toward downtown Orlando and get off at the 1-4 exit ramp. The ramp will divide, so follow I-4 heading east toward Daytona Beach. Once traveling on I-4, get off at the FAIRBANKS AVENUE exit. Go east on FAIRBANKS toward downtown Winter Park. You will travel several miles, crossing over SR 17-92 and later some railroad tracks. After crossing over the railroad tracks, get in the left lane. At the next traffic light, make a left turn onto NEW YORK AVENUE and a right on the first street you come to, that is COMSTOCK AVENUE.

Our building will be on your right. It is a two-story, grayish-colored building. Go to the entrance marked 174. Parking is available on your left, in a small gravel parking lot directly across from our entrance. Go to the entrance marked 174. Upon entering, the receptionist will direct you to our office, Suite 106.

From Brevard County and the East Coast

Take I-95 to 528 westbound (also known as the BEELINE EXPRESSWAY) towards Orlando/Attractions (you will pay several tolls). Take the BEELINE to the GREENWAY—northbound (414). Continue north until you exit at ALOMA AVENUE. Turn left on ALOMA AVENUE (west).

You will be on ALOMA for about 15 minutes. You will pass some shopping centers on your right and you will cross over a street named LAKEMONT DRIVE. Once you’ve crossed LAKEMONT you will be entering a residential area. The speed limit is 35…BE CAREFUL.

ALOMA will wind around and change names first to BREWER and then to FAIRBANKS AVENUE.

Once on FAIRBANKS AVENUE you will make a right turn on PARK AVENUE (north). At the first street make a left onto COMSTOCK AVENUE.

Our office building will be on your left-hand side. It is a two-story, grayish-colored building. Parking is located on the right, in a small gravel parking lot directly across from our entrance.

From The Florida Turnpike

Approaching Orlando from the South: Take the exit from the Florida Turnpike for Orlando/I-4. Proceed eastbound on I-4 to the FAIRBANKS AVENUE exit. From North of Orlando

Approaching Orlando from the North: Take the exit for the 408 (also known as the East-West Expressway). Proceed eastbound until you exit at I-4 where you will proceed eastbound on I-4 to the FAIRBANKS AVENUE exit. Turn right to go east on FAIRBANKS AVENUE towards downtown Winter Park. You will travel several miles, crossing over 17-92 and railroad tracks. After crossing over the railroad tracks, get in the left lane. Make a left turn onto NEW YORK AVENUE and a right at the first street you see, that is COMSTOCK AVENUE. Our building will be on your right. It is a two-story, grayish-colored building. Parking is available on your left, in a small gravel parking lot directly across from our entrance. From East Colonial Drive

Take COLONIAL DRIVE, heading west toward Orlando. You will drive a long way, passing the following streets:

Alafaya Trail
Rouse Road
Dean Road
Econlockhatchee Road
Goldenrod Road

At the next major intersection make a right turn onto SEMORAN BOULEVARD. Continue straight down SEMORAN about 4 miles, passing a Toyota and Lexus car dealership that will be on your right-hand side. Once passing those dealerships get in your left lane. You will make a left turn at the next light, which is ALOMA AVENUE. There is a DISCOUNT AUTO PARTS at that corner.

You will be on ALOMA for about 10 minutes. You will pass some shopping centers on your right and you will cross over a street named LAKEMONT DRIVE. Once you’ve crossed LAKEMONT, you will be entering a residential area. The speed limit is 35…BE CAREFUL.

ALOMA will wind around and convert into FAIRBANKS AVENUE. Once on FAIRBANKS AVENUE you will make a right turn on PARK AVENUE. At the first street make a left onto COMSTOCK AVENUE.
